Ofcom announces winners of the 4G mobile auction

It was announced this morning the winners and losers of the 4G LTE spectrum auctions. UK 4G Auctions becoming a reality

How many operators can share a site?

There are six major UK wireless network operators: Three, O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone operate publicly available networks. The sixth one, Airwave, operates an emergency services only network. It is not unusual to find all six operators with installations on one tower or clustered together on one rooftop.
