INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
Our dedicated client owned structures team can effectively manage single sites or portfolios where Landlords own and have increased responsibility for maintaining supporting structures. Our experienced team working in conjunction with our Access Management department, stringently monitor and control activities to these sites. They will assess any applications for new equipment and meticulously plan and control the structures to ensure that loading and capacities stay within limits. We have planned and reactive maintenance measures in place to deal with issues as they arise. Through effective management we are able to ensure that rental income from Tenants is maximised, whilst expenditure is controlled, and liabilities are appropriately managed. We currently manage sites for our clients in some of the most remote and inaccessible parts of the United Kingdom.
