Chris joined Cell:cm as an Associate Director in 2019, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the telecoms industry. Since starting his career in 1998, he has specialised in advising mobile network operators, with a strong focus on estate management, site acquisition, and strategic negotiations.
Throughout his career, Chris has successfully led a wide range of projects, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and notices to quit (NTQs). He has a deep understanding of the Electronic Communications Code (New Code) and provides tailored advice to both landlords and tenants, ensuring their interests are effectively represented. His expertise in navigating complex negotiations has made him a trusted advisor in the sector, helping clients achieve optimal outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Outside of work, Chris is passionate about martial arts and football, dedicating time to both teaching and competing. He also enjoys quality time with his wife, twins, and their dog, Ruby.
