The ending of a telecoms agreement is often overlooked in larger developments, however, the implications of this are significant both in terms of time and cost of the final project. Early assessment of your legal agreement is critical in establishing the route and likely timelines to deliver vacant possession. Typically, it should take 18 months to achieve this, provided all the correct notices are issued and you have the necessary knowledgeable legal support.
