Acting as the informed intermediary between applicants and the client.

The process is managed via our online database where the mobile network operator’s contractors are able to submit their request.
Our team in Cell:cm will then review the access request to ensure the proposed works comply with the relevant legal agreement and that all necessary documents and certifications are in order and a safe system of work is demonstrated. Only then will our team contact you, as landlord, to notify you of the request and to agree a suitable day and time which works for you.
This streamlined approach significantly reduces the number of access requests and alleviates confusion, while also maintaining an accurate record of all access visits.
