Expert Witness
The introduction of the Electronic Communications Code in 2017 has seen a sharp increase in litigation matters being referred to the Courts and Lands Tribunals.
In such matters an Expert Witness is normally expected to represent each of the parties in dispute and present evidence and opinion to the Court or Tribunal to assist it in reaching its judgement.
An Expert Witness’s duty is to the Court or Tribunal and they must provide unbiased and objective opinion within their knowledge and expertise to assist the Court in dispensing justice. Cell:cm’s experts have represented many landlords in such cases over many years and are well versed in the legal requirements for presenting such cases to Courts and Tribunals.
HOW WE CAN HELP
Experts can advise and guide you through the process and offer advice on how to avoid unnecessary and expensive litigation.
If you have telecommunications apparatus on your roof or land, or have been approached for consent to install the same, before doing or agreeing anything, call CellCM. You need the best specialist advice before entering the minefield that is the new Electronics Communications Code; now unduly weighed in favour of telecommunications operators and therefore exploited by them to gain significant commercial advantage. After all, the underlying asset is yours – keep more control of it and the revenue it should be generating for you.
I engaged Cell:cm to cast their eye over an old telecoms rental agreement, having failed myself years earlier to make headway with the telecoms company directly and having invested both time and money too. Within a few weeks, Cell:cm had arranged for payment of a five-figure sum payable immediately and an ongoing 30% uplift in rental income going forward. This was achieved at the cost of a pre-agreed, fixed fee. Cell:cm took all of the risk and my input was negligible. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
