Our dedicated Client Owned Structures team is adept at managing both single sites and extensive portfolios where landlords have increased responsibility for maintaining the supporting structures whether that be a large lattice tower to chimney or floodlight structure hosting the Mobile Network Operator apparatus. Collaborating closely with our Access Management and Estate Management department, we rigorously monitor and control activities at these sites.

We implement both planned and reactive maintenance measures to address any issues that may arise promptly. We also have IRATA and MATS certified climbers within the team allowing us to climb and subsequently undertake annual inspections and audits of the structures.

We have a very large mobile mast on our roof which apparently serves most of Barnes and Richmond. However, for ten years the operators have never paid us for any electricity usage, nor does their sub-meter work. After years of requesting payment I finally gave up and changed tact. They were refused any access to maintain their equipment and I decided to employ the services of Cell:cm. It has taken some eighteen months, but we have eventually received a significant amount of funds to cover the past years of non-payment. Cell:cm has been incredibly efficient, professional and understanding. Furthermore Cell:cm sent down specific engineers to monitor the electricity usage of the mobile mast. I cannot recommend Cell:cm highly enough.
