Wayleave applications
Wayleave applications can often take months to finalise, potentially overlooking the landowner’s interests if not managed effectively.
We have negotiated a Template Wayleave Agreement with all major operators
designed to protect a landlord’s interests as far as possible under current legislation, while still meeting the operators’ requirements. Using this agreement enables us to expedite the application process and obtain the best terms possible for our clients.

Cell:cm supported us with agreeing a retrospective wayleave agreement with a Telecommunications Operator who had already laid cables within our site boundary. Cell:cm provided sound advice in relation to how to address the issue and progressed the agreed actions. The transaction became protracted due to poor engagement from the Operator, however Cell:cm persisted with the agreed course of action and provided regular updates (and further advice, when required). Through this persistence, we drew the transaction to a satisfactory close. I found the service received from Cell:cm to be incredibly professional and was thankful for all the efforts to support on this matter.
