Gary joined Cell:cm Chartered Surveyors in August 2020 and is based in our Glasgow Office. Prior to joining Cell:cm, Gary has worked within the Telecommunications Sector for over 20 years managing Telecommunication sites across the whole of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Initially working with Mercury Communications Limited, then Crown Castle (now Cellnex), before moving into the field of providing Estate Management expertise to the main Telecommunication Operators within several national and multinational firms. Gary has substantial knowledge of all aspects of the management of Telecommunications sites such as general site management, planning, rent reviews, lease renewals, site inspections, code valuations, and the management of site terminations and removals.

Away from work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family as well as following the footballing misfortunes of Kilmarnock FC and the Scotland National Team.
